Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my website.
My name is Vanda. I want to tell you how figure skating has become an inseparable part of my life.
Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my website.
My name is Vanda. I want to tell you how figure skating has become an inseparable part of my life.

I was born in 2011 in Presov, Slovakia. My older brother, Leonard, was an ice hockey player so I used to spend a lot of time at the ice rink cheering for him during his matches. And that was the moment I became increasingly interested in ice skating.
The funny thing is that my parents almost enrolled me in a speed skating class by mistake when they had left me in a locker room for speed skaters. Luckily, I ended up in the right locker room. And that’s how my huge passion for figure skating was born at the age of five.
Since then, my parents have been encouraging and supporting me immensely. Although my brother had to quit his career as an ice hockey player, he remains my biggest fan cheering me on at my competitions and never missing a chance to compete with me whenever we are on the ice.

At first, things didn´t look very promising. I began my career at the Skating Sports Presov Club. I finished 24th in my first competition at the age of six. At that point, my parents were even considering ending my skating career. However, three young and talented coaches from Ukraine joined our sports club, and within a year, I was on the winners’ podium. A huge motivation for me was also a figure skater named Maria Sofia Pucherova, who was training at our club. She is a multiple-time Slovak national champion in figure skating. I will never forget the feeling of standing on the winners’ podium next to her - I just wanted to follow in her footsteps. I’m also very proud to have been an inspiration for my cousin, Rene Perhac, who is currently the Slovak national champion for the 2024/2025 season in his category.

The 2025/2026 season is a big challenge for me, as I´m moving up to the, A’ category. My main dream is to achieve my best-ever placement and to prove to myself and others that I can make it. I know it will require even more effort in training. Since figure skating is a financially demanding sport, I´m extremely grateful to all my sponsors who have supported me so far. I hope you will also consider supporting me financially - every contribution counts!
My coaches
In my short career, I´ve been coached by several top Slovak and international coaches, to whom I would also like to give a big thank you.
I would also like to extend a big thank you to the unforgettable ballerina and ballet teacher, Kornelia Ivanova, also known as Aunt Nela.
My ballet teacher today is the young and talented ballerina Katka Ockovicova, who also deserves my sincere thanks. My special thanks, however, go to my current coach, Tatiana Frankova, for her guidance and care, as well as for recognizing my potential.

The music has been mixed by Martin Zvolaren, also known as Zvoli, since 2023, and I am very grateful for his work.
My costumes are made by LR Dance & Fashion, Kosice and Stefi Fashion, Zilina.
